This appointment reinforces the capability of our teams to deliver high‑integrity control systems for complex and safety‑critical environments, supporting one of the UK’s most important infrastructure programmes.

The scope of works covers the end‑to‑end SCADA design for the CES electrical network, enabling the safe and resilient supply of power during construction activities across the site.

Works include designing how the electrical network is controlled and monitored, covering:

• The main substation where electricity enters the site
• Smaller substations that distribute power around the site
• A secure communications network that connects all parts of the system

The infrastructure will also allow operators to oversee the power network in real time and safely control it remotely from an on-site control room.
